Last week, as members of the Lithuanian Railway Association GELPA, we participated in the bilateral Business Forum of the Lithuanian and Spanish Transport Sector, held for the first time in Vilnius, where the transport sector projects were presented by representatives of Lithuanian airports, Klaipeda seaport, Lithuanian Railways and the Lithuanian Road Administration.

The participants of the forum were introduced to the abundance of projects and the future prospects for their development – the main attention was paid to the Rail Baltica project, the significance of which is huge at European level and the investments for its implementation. We are proud that we can contribute to this project, as well as to other major infrastructure projects in Lithuania, as the largest suppliers of mineral substances.

During this forum, discussions on cooperation in the Rail Baltica project were also held with Spanish companies with many years of experience in the field of railway infrastructure. We also had individual meetings to discuss potential cooperation with the country's companies!
