Meet Sandra, HR manager of our group of companies, who has been working at Milsa for more than 3 years. Here she is responsible for the personnel management policy and organizational culture of all "Milsa grupė" companies - the talent management system, various researches, safe and suitable working conditions, holidays and traditions that bring employees together and, as she says herself, for the fact that every person in "Milsa" " would have the opportunity to realize themselves, fulfill the limits of their competences and grow.

"I have obtained a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in business psychology, I am currently studying psychotherapy, so I am actively deepening my knowledge, I am always looking for the best solutions that are suitable for our organization. We do things in our own way and at our own pace, we adapt to our work, but this is the path we follow and we are doing well," says Sandra.

Sandra's first encounter with Milsa took place while working in a consulting business, where she had many clients from various manufacturing organizations over the course of 10 years, during which she conducted a microclimate study of the Milsa group of companies. After successful cooperation and the initiative of the company in inviting to the team, Sandra agreed to join as HR manager.

“The main reason I accepted the offer was because of the people. It's a management team that I've known from before and great employees that I realized when I got to know them - it's an extremely good atmosphere, honest and intelligent people work here. Milsa takes great care of every employee, their development and well-being. We always try to support our employees, because we understand that they are the most important part of the company," says Sandra.

She says that from the first day of work, all her colleagues welcomed her very warmly and it doesn't matter which company she comes to - people greet her in a friendly manner and are ready to help.

"During these years of work, I have never encountered hostility or gossip, here we solve all problems and malfunctions directly, no decisions are made blindly," says Sandra.
