Meet Genadijus, our factory maintenance specialist. He has been working in this position for a year, but before that he accumulated knowledge and tried his hand at various positions in the company - from loader and locksmith to shift manager and laboratory worker. Both of Genadijus parents also built their career paths in the "Milsa Group", and the mother still works there.

Genadijus names the friendly team and the constantly growing management team as one of the aspects of working in the "Milsa group".
